1. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Please review all details carefully and notify us of any corrections within 24 hours.

2. Session Duration

Session times are as agreed upon at booking. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time to accommodate following appointments.

3. Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your session. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date.

4. Image Delivery

Edited photos will be delivered digitally within the timeframe discussed during your session. Delivery timelines may vary based on the scope of work.

5. Copyright & Usage

All images remain the property of Albah Photos. Clients receive a personal license to share and print for personal use. Commercial use, reproduction, or resale of images without written permission is prohibited.

6. Creative Rights

Albah Photos retains the creative right to edit and style images according to our artistic vision. We strive to honor your preferences while maintaining our professional quality standards.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring all participants are present and ready at the scheduled time. For outdoor sessions, clients agree to follow safety instructions provided by the photographer.

8. Image Selection

The photographer will select the best images from your session for editing. Not all images taken will be delivered. We focus on quality over quantity.

9. Feedback & Revisions

We welcome your feedback. If you have specific concerns about your edited images, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your gallery for any reasonable adjustments.

10. Liability

Albah Photos takes utmost care during your session. However, we are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property that may occur during the shoot. Clients assume responsibility for their own safety and that of their party.

11. Weather & Outdoor Sessions

For outdoor sessions, we will monitor weather conditions. If weather poses a safety risk or significantly impacts quality, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is used solely for communication and booking purposes. We do not share your data with third parties. We may share images on our portfolio or social media unless you request otherwise.

13. Agreement

By booking a session with Albah Photos, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
